EVEN THOUGH DAVID IS BOOKED MOST NIGHTS OF A TOUR FOR LARGE VENUE CONCERTS AND HOUSE CONCERTS, INEVITABLY, THERE ARE JUST SOME DAYS THAT REMAIN STILL AVAILABLE OVER HIS TOUR. OFTEN THESE NIGHTS AND AFTERNOONS WILL PERFECTLY SUIT WHAT WE LIKE TO CALL A "DAVID WILLERSDORF Q&A DINNER".
What happens at a David Willersdorf Q&A Dinner or Lunch?
Whether you call it a "Listening Party," or a "Meet the Songwriter," or a "Behind-the-Scenes Q&A," these nights are all about access to David and his new album in a unique conversational setting. A host gathers together a few of their friends to listen to David's new album songs via a CD or other music player or stereo system. David is on hand for an informal album Q&A on the recording, the Nashville experience and a few of his fun stories and tour tales.
Usually this is all accompanied with desserts and wine or a shared BBQ dinner.
It is one of the easiest events to hold as it's really just a fun time with your friends and a unique experience and access to David and his music without being a full ticketed event.
How much does a David Willersdorf Q&A Dinner Cost?
There is no entry charge to a David Willersdorf Q&A Dinner. However, there will be the option for people to support David’s touring. David will also have some of his merchandise with him and so encouraging people to buy the music if they appreciate it would be helpful (and fun).
When people support the tour, they are also helping David do events where he can give his time and do more charity work across his tour.
A David Willersdorf Q&A Dinner is a great way for a night or afternoon to be a productive time on tour - and they are mad fun too!
How to hold a David Willersdorf Q&A Dinner
In what setting do you and your friends most enjoy gathering together? Usually it's a very simple thing of shared food, BYO and a few comfy lounges. David will need something to play his music through, either a CD player or smartphone connectable device. Choose one of your friends to be on DJ duty. When it comes time to sit down and focus on the music, David will be on hand to field questions from your friends. And that's it!
It'd be great if a meal is supplied to David and his co-driver.
