Booking Fee
A non-refundable Booking Fee of $40 will need to be paid when booking David Willersdorf. Keep in mind that this fee is non-refundable. This makes sure that the date can be locked into the diary.
Appearance Fees
Due to the large costs associated with a touring ministry, all Appearance Fees will need to be paid before or straight after the event and before David Willersdorf and his team leave the event venue. The Appearance Fee will be worked out ahead of time with you by our Booking Manager. The form of payment can be a cheque, a bank cheque or money order for the agreed amount. You may also like to arrange a Direct Deposit ahead of time if this is easier for you. We try and avoid carrying any cash for security reasons. We can supply a Tax Invoice upon request.
Cancellation Fee
If for some reason the booking is cancelled beforehand, the following Cancellation Fees will need to be paid by the Event Organiser:
Within 24 hours of the event - 100% of the agreed appearance fee
Within 48 hours of the event - 75% of the agreed appearance fee
Within 7 days of the event - 50% of the agreed appearance fee
Within 8-14 days of the event - 25% of the agreed appearance fee
